Shane: Hi. I'm Shane with eTrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the ClearPlus rear window wiper blade on our 2012 Toyota Highlander. The new blade is going to ensure that we can see out of our back window during those rainy, icy and snowy conditions. Our blade is going to be constructed of a durable plastic. It's going to hold up in all weather conditions.We're going to have stainless steel flexors and three points of articulation that's going to spread out the amount of pressure evenly from one side of the blade to the other.
Now this is going to help ensure that the whole blade is clearing the glass. Our squeegee is going to have a molybdenum coating that's going to help reduce skipping and chattering.Now that we've gone over some of the features, let me show you how to get it installed. First thing we're going to do is, we need to remove our old windshield wiper blade. You're going to have a cap here on the end. We're going to lift up, lift up your arm.
Grab your wiper blade at the bottom and you're going to pull out. Take our new blade and we're going to install it in reverse order from the way we removed our old one.That's going to complete our look at and installation on the ClearPlus rear window wiper blade on our 2012 Toyota Highlander.
