Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at the Deka Marine Quick Disconnect Brass Terminals. Now, power should be easy to control, especially when you're on the water. This brass quick disconnect terminal's gonna let you separate the cable from the battery in seconds without any tools. As we mentioned, it's built for marine use, helps cut power quickly to reduce drain and simplify storage. The brass construction's built for marine environments.
Basically, you can see this will connect to the post on the battery and then your cable will connect right here. It has top post compatibility, so it fits both positive and negative battery posts. Has a 5/16 stud with a wing nut over here to provide secure accessory connections. So basically what you'll do is connect this to your post on your battery, battery cable, open the wing nut, take it off, put your battery cable on there and tighten it down. And then to remove it quickly, your cable from your battery, all you have to do is unscrew this wheel here and then you're gonna be able to pull this right out and make your disconnection.
And then when you're connecting it, push it right back in. Take the wheel, tighten it down to hold it into place. Makes it very easy to connect and disconnect. This part is made in the USA. But that's gonna do it for our look at this Deka Marine Quick Disconnect Brass Terminal.
