2,000-lb Capacity. These hollow rubber springs sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your vehicle. They also provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. Easy to install and use.

Whether you're hauling heavy loads in your bed or cargo area or you're towing a trailer, you will often see the rear of your vehicle sag while the front end rises. In these cases, the rear axle is handling not only the weight of the cargo, but also more of the vehicle's weight. Because less weight is on the front axle, the front tires are making less contact with the road. Overall handling - traction, steering, and braking - is negatively affected. But the resistance from Timbren's Suspension Enhancement System works with your factory suspension to keep your vehicle level and improve your driving experience.
The Timbren system comes with custom-fit brackets that are bolted onto each frame rail above the rear axle. Hollow rubber springs are bolted to the bottom of the bracket and hang down to where the bottom of the spring sits, 1" above the axle. The inch of clearance allows the existing factory suspension to operate normally under light loads and standard terrain, ensuring the smooth, comfortable ride that you are used to.
Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems are designed to work progressively. When the hollow rubber springs are compressed, the convoluted design causes them to quickly collapse along the folds. Once the folds are compacted, the stacked barrel shape increases resistance, stiffening the suspension and keeping your vehicle level.
Each hollow rubber spring works independently to support the driver's side or passenger's side of your vehicle. This is helpful when you swerve or make sharp turns. Each spring is activated when it is needed, so body roll is greatly reduced. The independent action also works well when you are hauling off-center loads.
Because the vehicle handles better with the springs, less turbulence will be passed along to the trailer, and this helps to keep the trailer in line. Your driving comfort is further enhanced if the trailer does begin to sway (from a gust of wind or a passing semi), because the movement from the trailer is not transferred to your vehicle. This also works to make the sway subside more quickly.
Another great feature of the rubber construction is that the springs absorb most of the road shock, creating a smoother, more stable ride overall when loaded. Wear and tear on the factory suspension is also lessened because the rubber springs work to prevent bottoming out on rough roads.
Timbren's Suspension Enhancement Systems are much easier to install than air springs - there are no air hoses to run, no compressors or gauges to hook up, and no manual adjustments to make. The rubber construction makes Timbren's springs more elastic than similar products constructed of microcellular urethane. And more elasticity allows for a more comfortable ride when loaded or towing because the rubber has more travel.

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we've got John with us from Timbren. He's gonna tell us a little bit more about what separates Timbren from the competitors. I appreciate it, I'm glad to be here. Timbren is a suspension specialist. We're based in Whitby, Ontario, so we are a true manufacturer in Canada and we offer a wide range of suspension products from light duty, from commercial all the way up to Overlander, Sprinter applications and trailers.
Now we've talked about a few of the options you guys have and we have plenty of options on our website. Right. We've got the SES kits. We've got the axle-less suspension. Right.
We've got your new coil inserts that just came out recently. But what would you say is your bread-and-butter at Timbren Yeah, no, our SES, suspension enhancement system, is definitely our bread-and-butter. Came out in 2011, won a SEMA New Product Award for best truck suspension. And really, the evolution you just mentioned here, you know, starting in 1968 all the way through now, 2024. But the SES kits are really the core of who we are.
And if you, if you would say at, in the level of stiffness on the market, what would you, would you put yourself in more in a heavy duty side for the SES kits or is it more of a lighter duty Yeah, great question. Lighter duty, we certainly can have a product for commercial and heavy duty, but in '82 when SES was introduced, it was purposely introduced for that, that light duty market. So we start with 1500 and again, go all the way up, but by far really popular with that 1500, 2500 crowd. That kinda leads me into my next question. So we talked about, your specialty is kind of in the lighter duty, but do you have an option for the heavier duty for your sprinter vans and maybe for your truck bed campers Yeah, absolutely.
We do have SES kits for truck beds, truck campers with a higher center of gravity. That creates a new kind of set of problems with the sway side to side. So we have severe duty kits for those. And it uses a single convoluted AON versus a double convoluted to tackle that problem of side to side. And the same thing with the sprinter van. It uses a rectangular shape Aon, but it's there to do the same deal that side to side sway because they're so top heavy, it'll eliminate that. Okay. And then we've had an instance here at etrailer that we had a van that was very, very heavy on the one side. Is there anything that you guys can do personally to help, I would say, I guess customize that kit for that particular user Yeah, by all means we would want that individual to contact us. We would ask a couple questions, see where that weight is distributed and we can actually produce an AON with either a stiffer hardness or durometer or a softer durometer and that will help level it out. So yes, we can take care of that for 'em. And I think that'll really, really help people to get their rigs dialed in because who knows what they're putting in the campers afterwards, after they buy 'em. They come from the manufacturer already heavy on that side and they're trying to load stuff on the other side to try to even it out. But knowing that there's a solution that you can customize for your rig no matter what the weight is on either side is really, really cool. Yeah, absolutely. We're happy to take care of 'em and again, there's no charge for that. Awesome. Now to kind of wrap things up, what sets Timbren apart from a lot of other manufacturers out there Well, I think there's a couple things. We're a family run company and our longevity, you can't deny, 1968 to 2024 and our warranty, we have a lifetime warranty regardless of how old it is. We will take care of it, replace it, limited lifetime warranty, and the hundred day money back guarantee. Very cool. And that's whether or not you're the first owner Right. And yeah, we're not asking for receipt, who'd you buy it from It'll be taken care of. Just give us a ring and we'll take care of it for you. Very cool. Well thank you again for meeting with us. Appreciate it. It was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you.
Will put them in every vehicle I get. Huge difference in stability when towing. Very little ride change when empty.

I am not happy at all with the product I received today. These are used parts. You can tell from the packaging that these are used parts and you can tell by the marks on the part itself. This is so freaking disappointing! I want a refund immediately.
Fits and works well. Happy with our choice to use these on are truck. No more squatting when towing. Don’t even know they are there.
fast delivery easy to install and serves the purpose for which was intended with out question quality 5 stars
I really needed an economical solution to my z71 squatting down too much in the rear and this is exactly what I needed. Super easy to install. Very happy with my purchase. I’ll get another pair when I trade trucks and I’d recommend them to anyone.
These were fairly easy to install and have made a huge difference with the sag I was experiencing while towing my camper.
Put this on my 2017 F250, in the rear, to help with a 2 ton load of gravel. Worked great recommended to a friend he bought them for his F250 as well. Love these
Bought these to help with body sway while pulling a 22 ft camper. They really helped and were easy to install.
I put them on a 2005 Nissan Titan. We up graded tires to LTs and dropped 25 hundred pounds of salt and the truck sat level. Very pleased with them
good product fair price and most cost effective way to add stability to your truck; third set I have owened and installed.
Even though I know or understand what happened to the first shipment. The second shipment made it to my hand directly from UPS carrier. Job well done. Mr. Paul B. and everyone in between that helped. Thank you.
Timbres is a Great product. Have used them in the past. Only complaint was delivery. With no fault of the company. The USPS due to the Covid was slow on delivery (3weeks). Be patient it will arrive. I think the company was aware and could have given a heads up.
These were a reasonably priced option for helping to control the body roll
I placed these at all 4 corners of the RV
Install was not bad, it took me about 1.5 hours to get them on just because I was trying to get the bolt to stay on my socket. I placed a nut inside the socket so it would reach the threads, after that it was easy. First drive felt solid definitely excited to see how they do loaded or towing. will check back when I do.
Works as advertised. Really helps my Lexus GX when towing 6500lbs camper. Especially when going over bumps. Does not effect ride when not towing.
Shipping was so efficient arrived days before estimated. Order was placed and within an hour was shipped!!!
Easy to install. Doesn't change anything until you are loaded, then the springs engage to keep you level. Inexpensive with zero maintenance compared to other solutions.
Superb. Exactly what was needed.
These were very easy to install and adds a LOT of rear end support. It's a little stiff for normal driving but you get used to it.
The product works as described but when I'm driving empty on any road that may be rough my truck tends to bottom out on the jounces causing a rough ride
This system is simple to install, and it dramatically helps the load handling capability without changing the ride of an empty truck.
They work exactly as they are promoted too, easy to install. Ive been using them for one year now with no issues. I should have listened to my friends and bought them sooner.
Very straight forward. Initially I was given a date that was a little farther out than I had planned. Was offered a similar product that could be shipped immediately. I appreciate that attitude. Offer a solution to the problem. I chose to wait. Product showed up as they said it would.
Excellent service.
