Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro Rear Axle Airbag Suspension kit with internal jounce bumpers and stainless steel hardware. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2013 to 2015 Chevrolet Express van and GMC Savana van, both the 3500 and 4500 models. On custom fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer. Just pop in the year, make and model of your vehicle, answer any other questions that it might have for you. And our fit guide will confirm if this kit will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.
So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your vehicle is going to need more than just your rear factory springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are gonna give you up to 5,000 pounds of rear axle support and that's gonna help keep your vehicle level and steady even when the trailer is loaded or your cargo area is packed. So you're not gonna have to continue to worry about rear-end sagging, throwing off your braking or steering or your headlights pointing up into the sky. Now bottoming out just doesn't feel rough. It can actually wreck your airbags.
That's why this kit includes jounce bumpers inside of each bag as you see there on that example cutaway there on your screen. So even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net. You're gonna be able to safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just as smooth factory style ride. So this kit includes these stainless steel braided air lines, which are gonna be more durable and resistant to wear compared to the standard rubber lines. You're also going to get these stainless steel roll plates, which are gonna help protect the airbags along with Schrader valve to give you an easy way to inflate or adjust the air pressure using a standard air source.
So the stainless steel components are gonna be a big upgrade. On your screen, I'm popping up another picture there for you. You are going to get the original set of hardware that's not stainless steel. And then you're also going to get the stainless steel hardware upgrade kit. So I didn't have room for all that on my table, so I'm just showing you with some photos there, what you're actually gonna be getting, so this is going to include that stainless steel hardware.
So you're just going to replace the original hardware that this kit comes with with the stainless steel components and just follow the instructions to guide you through that. So obviously, you're not gonna be using all the hardware that you get in the kit, but that is what you're gonna be getting. And the stainless steel components, as I've been saying here, they're gonna be a big upgrade because they're built to last in those harsher conditions. Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion a whole lot better than those standard materials. It's also stronger and less prone to damage, so you're gonna be less likely to deal with leaks or wear over time. Now every haul is different. That's why these air springs are gonna give you full control over ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI. So if you're hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, just crank that pressure up and then when you're unloaded and heading home, just drop it back down for a softer ride. With the manual inflation valves, tuning your suspension for the days work is gonna be very easy, very straightforward. These springs are built with one thick, one-inch thick, rather, corrosion resistant end caps and reinforce with 20 internal support wires. I do have this kind of loosely assembled just to kind of give you an idea of how the airbags are gonna be fitted to these brackets. These brackets, by the way, are precision laser cut brackets. They're designed to bolt cleanly to your vehicle's existing mounting points without welding or drilling to your frame. So Pacbrake, in my opinion, is one of my favorite airbag suspension systems. The materials are premium. I'm really impressed with like the rubber that is used to make the bags and the materials of the brackets, especially the stainless steel upgrade kit. So you're gonna be really happy, I believe, with this system. Now, as I mentioned, this is gonna give you up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling support, but just remember, airbags don't actually increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity. So you do wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit. One final note, if you want help with installation, on this product page, typically underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link, answer the questions that it has for you, and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to do the work for you. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Nice! Glad we could help, Bob! I've seen a few people that did those Titan conversions and they can turn out pretty wicked! What's the first trip you have planned?
