Heavy trailers and bed loads can make your truck sag and throw off its balance. These Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs add up to 2,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity above your factory leaf springs to keep your ride height level when towing or hauling. With firmer support under load, your truck stays stable and confident instead of squatting or bottoming out.
A stiff suspension isn’t much fun when you’re running empty. These helper springs use a progressive rate that automatically adjusts to the weight on your truck. They flex with your factory leaf springs to control bounce and sway under heavy loads but stay soft when unloaded, keeping the ride comfortable for everyday driving.
No one wants noisy suspension parts clattering over rough roads. The Silent Ride urethane bushings built into these springs cut down on rattling and harsh vibration so the setup feels tight and quiet. That means a smoother, more composed drive even when you’re pulling serious weight.
Loads aren’t always even, and this setup gives you control over how each side handles weight. The adjustable U-bolts let you fine-tune tension on the driver’s and passenger’s sides independently to dial in level support for uneven loads. It’s easy to tweak your setup whether you’re towing a trailer or hauling gear in the bed.
Every part of this system is made for long-term performance. The heavy-duty steel construction holds its shape under strain, while the silver vein hammer tone powder coat finish resists corrosion from road grime and weather. Mounting hardware is included for a clean, secure installation that’s ready for real work.

Well dang, sorry to hear they aren't working too well for you, Mike. Rams do tend to have softer suspension than other brands (which is why they ride so nice) and tend to need heavier duty options for staying level. Have you thought about a different upgrade?

I am sorry that you had to resort to getting new hardware for your installation. I am glad that the manufacturer is sending you some new hardware. It is easy to overtighten the hardware, which results in the hardware stripping. I am not saying that is necessarily what happened in this situation, but we always recommend to make sure that we torque only to the specs in the instructions.
