Recommended Towing Mirrors for 2003 Ford F-350
If you have manual mirrors, I recommend the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Manual - Driver and Passenger Side, # KS61067-68F. These are custom fit mirrors for your vehicle that extend 21-1/2 inches from the side of your truck when extended and 18 inches when retracted. I've attached a video review of this product for you. The mirror faces are adjustable for you. If you want the power, heated version of these mirrors, I recommend the # KS61095-96F.

Can the K-Source Heated Custom Towing Mirrors be used on a 2001 F-350 Without OEM Heated Function
The mirrors that you referenced, the K-Source # KS61095-96F with the heated function are intended to replace OEM heated mirrors with a heated mirror face. If you currently have this option on your truck then these will work great for you. However, if you do not have the heated function on your truck mirrors, these mirrors will fit with the round plug in style, but will not supply the heated function. K-Source replacement mirrors # KS61069-70F are not a fit for the 2006 Ford F-250. They only fit 1999 and 2000 models. I do not recommend trying to use these mirrors on your truck since they are not a correct fit.
