Many covers force you to choose between protection and hauling space. The LiteRider rolls up in seconds and stores neatly behind the cab using Quick Clip straps, so you can load tall or bulky items without removing it. Aluminum bows support the cover while rolling, and since it mounts inside the bed rails, you still have full access to stake pockets and rail accessories.

The LiteRider is made from reinforced, double-coated vinyl that stays flexible down to -40 °F and won’t fade in the sun. It holds its shape through snow, rain, and heat, keeping your cargo protected year-round. The contoured, black powder-coated aluminum rails and bows resist rust, so the cover looks and works like new season after season.
If the cover starts to loosen or tighten with temperature changes, you can correct it in seconds. The EZ-Dial system at the front lets you fine-tune the tension by simply turning a dial—no tools needed. That keeps the fabric snug and flat across the bed for a clean look and a better seal against the elements.

When you close the cover, the AutoLatch automatically grabs and secures it in place. A slide lock on the opposite side adds an extra layer of protection. Once the tailgate is locked (lock sold separately), your bed stays covered and secure. The latch system releases with a simple pull of the cord, making one-hand operation quick and easy.

The cover sits 1-1/2" above the bed and tapers toward the tailgate for a smooth, aerodynamic profile. That shape helps reduce drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent. The Slantback design also gives the truck a clean, finished look while the reinforced rear flap helps keep out rain, dirt, and snow.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

You mentioned that the tab on the cover had rubbed the paint off on your truck. I wanted to see if would be able to send a picture?
