When you need to load tall or oversized cargo, you can roll the LiteRider cover up in seconds. It peels away from the Velcro seals along the side rails and stores neatly behind the cab with Quick Clip straps. The reinforced aluminum bows make rolling smooth, and the cover stays put while you drive. You still get full use of your bed and stake pockets because the rails mount inside the bed rails.

The LiteRider cover is made from double-coated, reinforced vinyl that’s UV-resistant and stays flexible down to -40°F. It won’t fade, sag, or shrink even through seasonal changes. A reinforced flap at the tailgate helps keep out rain, snow, and dirt, so your tools and gear stay dry and clean. The contoured aluminum bows support the cover evenly, keeping it tight and secure through rough weather.
This cover sits 1-1/2" above the truck box and uses the Access Slantback design that angles toward the tailgate for a smooth, finished look. The aerodynamic shape helps reduce drag, which can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent. The flush, low-profile design keeps the truck lines looking clean instead of bulky.
You can set the tension exactly how you want it with the EZ-Dial adjusters near the cab—no tools needed. Once unrolled, the AutoLatch automatically locks the cover closed, and a slide lock adds another layer of security. When the tailgate is locked, your bed stays secure without extra steps.

The black powder-coated aluminum rails resist rust and mount inside the bed with Tight Bite clamps. The clamp teeth grip the rail ridges firmly, so the cover stays in place without drilling. The inside-rail design also leaves room for rack systems or tie-down anchors, giving you flexibility for work or travel setups.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

You mentioned that the tab on the cover had rubbed the paint off on your truck. I wanted to see if would be able to send a picture?
