Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Roadmaster safety cable extensions. Folks, you're gonna get quantity two and they're 18 inches long. Now, these are used to extend the length of your safety cable since you can use them with drop hitches, hitch extenders, or just anything related that's gonna increase the distance between your RV and your towed vehicle. Now, these have a nice vinyl coating on 'em, so that's gonna prevent those steel cables from scratching and marring or hurting one, your hands, or even your accessories and things that you have on there. The weight rating is 8,000 pounds per pair, so 4,000 per each individual cable, 8,000 when used together correctly.
And once again, 18 inches long overall. Now, to put these on, they do have, they're just tight right now, but you would loosen this with a wrench and then you'd be able to attach this to the other end that you need to.
