This wheel is designed to handle serious weight without adding unnecessary bulk. The aluminum construction keeps it lightweight and rustproof while still providing a solid 2,200-lb load rating. It’s a strong, reliable foundation that meets DOT specifications for confident towing on any trip.
Salt, water, and road grime can take a toll, but this wheel holds up thanks to its tough matte black finish. Both the front and back surfaces are clear coated to seal out moisture and prevent corrosion. That means the wheel stays looking sharp and performing like new, even after years of use in wet or humid environments.
The Stealth Series S37 design gives this 18" x 9" wheel a bold, modern look that instantly updates any trailer setup. Its open-spoke pattern in matte black adds visual depth and helps it stand out from standard finishes. It’s an easy way to give your equipment a cleaner, more finished appearance.
With a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, +10 mm offset, and 78.1 mm pilot diameter, this wheel provides a precise fit for dependable alignment and balance. The included center cap completes the setup for a finished look once installed. Every dimension is clearly defined so you know exactly what you’re working with before mounting.

1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Sendel 18 inch by nine inch, matte black Stealth series S37 aluminum wheel with an offset and a dual bolt pattern. I did want to show you the back of the wheel. It's an 18 inch by nine inch aluminum wheel. And we mentioned, as you can see here, it offers a dual bolt pattern of either a five on four and a half inch, or a five on five inch bolt pattern. So it will fit many different types of trailers.
And this wheel is normally used with a 245 45r18 size tire. Now this is an aluminum wheel. It is durable, lightweight, and rust proof. We mentioned it's a Sendel Stealth series S37 open spoke design. And you can see it has a nice all matte black finish to it, the front and even the back of the wheel are clear coated to protect against scuffs and scratches.
Also, if you notice, it includes this matte black center cap that'll cover the lug holes you're not using. And this cover cap can be removed by using this included removal tool. You'll just put this behind the center cap right there, pop that out. Also, a nice feature on this is the center section right here of the center cap can also be removed separately from the cover cap if you need to access easy lube access. Now this is a high quality wheel.
It does meet the DOT, Department of Transportation specifications. A few measurements on this, we're gonna do the diameter and the width and the diameter on a wheel when you measure it, is always gonna be inside to inside. So if we get our tape measure, and if we go all the way across, you'll be able to see there's your 18 inch diameter. The width on the wheel same way is gonna be always be measured inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat, nine inches in the width. And as we mentioned, the bolt pattern, this will work on either a five on four and a half inch bolt pattern, or also a five on five inch bolt pattern.
This wheel does have a slight positive offset. An offset is always measured from the center line of the wheel. So when you offset this mounting surface right here is gonna move to the front of the wheel about 10 millimeters. That's positive. If it went this way, it'd be negative. This one is actually gonna move towards the front. So this mounting surface is about 10 millimeters positive, which will move the tire wheel a little bit closer to your trailer. This does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20. Now the hub diameter or the center bore right on here, which is right here, measured straight across, diameter on that is 78.1 millimeters. And the load capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds. But that should do it for a look at the Sendel 18 inch by nine inch matte black Stealth series S37 aluminum wheel with an offset and the dual bolt patterns.
