1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this Lionshead Black Steel Dual Wheel. Now this heavy duty steel wheel with these two handholds, there's one right here and then the other one is right there. It's probably hard to see because of the color of this wheel, but it features two handholds and this is designed for use on dually trucks, buses, and trailers. Now this wheel does have a high offset, so this is going to allow for this wheel to be used as either an inner wheel in this position, or in this position, it can be used as an outer wheel on a dual wheel setup.
The offset is either a positive or negative 5.59 inches. And this steel wheel is sturdy and corrosion resistant. It does feature a rust resistant finish that includes an E-coat primer and a black powder coat finish on both sides of this wheel, as you already have seen. And this is a hub piloted wheel, which means it will center on the hub of the axle, not on the lug nuts. And the pilot hole diameter is 4.76 inches.
And this does require the use of flange nuts for installation. We do offer those separately here at etrailer.com. This does use a wheel lug size of five eighths of an inch by 18 flange nut. And you probably already saw, but I do wanna point out that the metal valve stem is installed, as you can see there. This wheel does meet SAE J1204 standards.
And the dimensions of this wheel, measuring inside to inside, is going to be 17 and a half inches in diameter. And then measuring the width, again, measuring bead seat to bead seat, where the tire is actually going to meet with the wheel here on the inside, we are sitting right at six and three quarters inches wide. And our bolt pattern is eight on six and a half inches. And in case you don't know, the first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes, and the second number is the diameter in inches of the circle of which the bolt holes sit. So to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an even number of bolt holes as we have here, you're simply going to measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it.
Now this wheel does have a capacity of 6,200 pounds, and this wheel does feature a lifetime structural warranty. And one final note, this wheel does come with complimentary roadside assistance for two years. So if your RV or trailer happens to have a flat tire, you can call their helpline and a technician will come and change the flat for you. And you can call that line 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere here in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico. These wheels did not fit over the hub on 2017 E-450 chassis, which it is supposed to fit. The hole is a few mm too small. They looked like they are reconditioned but can't confirm that.

Looks like a solid rim haven’t mounted a tire on it yet, but I am pleased this one wasn’t damaged when it arrived like the last one. Check them over very good the other rim I received with this one had bad rubbing and a slight dent from shipping. If they would use better packing material than just paper it would probly help to prevent this.
Poor quality product at a fantastic price. Rims were so poorly fabricated my tire shop was unable to balance them. Great price but not worth the money to send them back. Shipping would have made them almost as expensive as the rims. Would not recommend this product.
I think the wheels are some of the best money can buy.I also think the help from the people in the office was outstanding.
The shipping time was great, as soon as they recieved the inventory it was on it's way to me, and only took a couple of days.HOWEVER, Shipping these in cardboard boxes is a joke.(4) of my wheels where loose in the truck, and there was nothing left of the torn up boxes.too bad the powder coat gets scrathed up.Might I suggest a wooden pallett,some banding and shrink wrap? (add $20.00 for materials) Any way I couldn't be more happy with the wheels. THANKYOU.
