Hauling a 5th wheel or travel trailer that's still equipped with standard steel equalizers is bound to produce a less-than-ideal towing experience. This is because those standard equalizers allow the road shock from your trailer to transfer directly to your tow vehicle, resulting in a rough, bumpy ride.
In addition, road shock can put added stress on your trailer's frame, suspension, running gear, and more, all of which can lead to increased maintenance time and cost. It can also cause damage to the contents of your trailer due to constant chucking and jerking. And the last thing you want is for your electronics to be tossed around inside your RV before you set up camp.
These rubber equalizers significantly upgrade your 5th wheel or travel trailer to help solve those problems. Each equalizer contains an extra-thick, heavy-duty rubber shear spring that helps to absorb and dampen vibration and bounce, resulting in a less bumpy ride. The springs also absorb the back-and-forth movement to reduce chucking and jerking so that you don't get thrown around inside your cab. The rubber used in these inserts is thicker than what's found in most other equalizer upgrades, making this kit a premium suspension option for your trailer.
Each of these equalizers also offers up to 4" of up-and-down travel. The more travel your trailer's suspension has, the better it is able to compensate for road shock. When you hit a pothole, for example, these equalizers allow your suspension to account for that dip on one side so that the opposite wheels aren't forced to compensate. As a result, you'll get an ultra-smooth ride, even when youre driving over uneven campground roads or speed bumps.
The included X-Factor crossmember reinforces your trailer's frame, giving it added support and stability. The crossmember reduces the lateral strain on your trailer by up to 90 percent, extending the life of your trailer.
These equalizers directly replace your trailer's factory equalizers, so installation is straightforward. Simply remove your factory equalizers and replace them with the MORryde rubber equalizers using the included shoulder bolts.
While you're replacing the equalizers, we recommend using MORryde's suspension upgrade kit (sold separately) to upgrade your shackle links as well. Factory shackle links wear out pretty quickly and easily, so replacing them with MORryde's thick, heavy-duty shackle links will save you the time and effort of having to frequently replace them. Not to mention you'll get easy-to-grease bolts and long-lasting bronze bushings with the kit for a totally upgraded setup.
Once the new equalizers are installed, slide the ends of the crossmember down over the wet bolts to bolt it in place. Adjust the beam to the correct length, tighten down the bolts, and you'll be ready to go.

Today, we're gonna take a look at the MORryde rubber suspension upgrade for triple axle trailers with 35 inch wheelbase, and that have the correct track alignment and lift kit. Now, this will upgrade your towing experience, using this bolt-on suspension system for your fifth wheel or travel trailer. And as we've mentioned, it is designed to fit triple axle trailers with a 35 inch wheelbase. The equalizers right here, these are rubber equalizers, which will replace your stock equalizers for a lot smoother ride.
Wanna zoom in and show you right here. You can see right all this is rubber. It's a rubber shear spring which will dampen any road shock. And it does provide up to four inches of suspension travel. It does reduce any back and forth chucking.
And these do require less maintenance than the equalizers that have the air bags. Now, these included X-Factor crossmembers right here. They will provide an added lateral support, and help reduce any stress on the frame. The X-Factor crossmembers are installed at the equalizer hangers. And what's nice about these is they're a two piece, so they do slide in and out.
And you slide them to the correct width for your trailer, and then you bolt them into place. The bolt-on design makes the installation very quick and easy. Now you can see, I laid out all the hardwares included for mounting your crossmembers and the equalizers. And now the bolts and the shackle straps for mounting your leaf springs, those items are sold separately on our website. These parts are made in the USA.
