Mounting space and wiring points dont always line up on service equipment. This compact strobe gives you three mounting options and dual-color output so you can place it where it fits and keep warning signals visible.
Mounting locations on service trucks and equipment don't always give you a flat or open surface to work with. This strobe includes three mounting options, including surface mount, L-bracket mount, and a bottom swivel mount. You can position the light where it physically fits and still get it aimed where the signal needs to be seen.
Different situations call for different warning signals, and a fixed-color light limits how you can use it. This unit uses dual-color Amber and White LEDs with 10 selectable flash patterns and a 200-degree spread. You can change how the light presents itself and keep the warning visible from multiple angles as conditions change.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at our Custer high-powered LED strobe light. Now this is gonna give you three different mounting options. It's gonna be an amber and a white color, and it has 27 watts of power. So folks, I do wanna caution you, there's gonna be some flashing light sequences, strobing, et cetera, obviously, this is a strobe light we're looking at.
So please stop the video right now if you're susceptible to those kind of things and let's stay safe. So I will go ahead and turn it on right now. So you've been pre-warned. And in the daylight you can see the strobe. I do wanna turn off the overhead lights here in the studio so you can see it better in the dark.
And zooming in, you can see closer just how bright it is. I'm gonna zoom back, out and I'm gonna go ahead and tap through. You have a bunch of different options, 10 flash patterns to be exact, that we can just simply tap the one wire, per the instructions, for a second, and then that will change our flash pattern. Now this is 5 1/2-inches long inch, inch and a half tall, and 1 3/4-inches deep. Now this is gonna give you nice, reliable performance, even in wash down conditions.
It can handle rain, spray, those kind of things. And it gives you a unique lens design that's gonna maximize your side visibility. So if I turn to the side, you can still see it from either side as well. So let's go ahead and shut this off and turn back on the overhead lights in the studio and let's get a closer view. Now while I'm unplugging this, I do want to go ahead and show you those three mount options, surface, bottom bracket, or L-bracket mount.
So that's a nice feature that I personally like about this light, is you do have three different options that all come with it that you can choose to mount it. And those are in the different baggies there. I just left them in there, because I didn't wanna lose 'em all and whatnot. But all the parts are there. You do get a nice long length of pigtail wire here. Of course, the foam backer. And then this is all an aluminum housing with those heat sink fins to keep it cool. And then you have a plastic bezel here on the front that just gives it that complete finished look once it's installed as well. So again, everything here as far as installing it, and again, you do get the three different options as far as how you want to mount it. And just like most of these strobe lights and emergency lights, obviously, you can wire them up in sequence, and wire 'em up to where if you want the left side of your lights going down the side of the vehicle versus the right side, a wigwag kind of thing, you can do all that as well.
