You're running loads down backroads and through construction sites where rocks never stop flying. These steel Jeep-style fenders take the abuse, block the spray, and give your trailer that same squared-off, rugged look as your Jeep.
You can weld the fenders to your trailer for a permanent setup that won't move or loosen over time. If you don't have a way to weld, bolt them on with brackets instead. That setup gets the job done without any welding gear and still gives you a strong, secure fit. Bolting also makes repairs and paint touch-ups easier later on.
You must prime and paint the fender to prevent rust and extend its lifespan.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this etrailer steel single axle Jeep style trailer fender. Now this fender is going to be a great fit for you if you've got a single axle trailer with 13 inch to 15 inch wheels and maybe you want something that's going to compliment your Jeep's squared off look. This is designed to match that rugged boxy style while being just as tough. Now before we go any further, lemme see if I can give you some measurements and with fenders on camera it is kind of tricky to show you the measurements accurately.
So let me see if I can line this up the best way that I can and hopefully you'll get a good idea. So it looks like from end to end we are sitting right at 33 and a quarter inches long and then the width might be a little bit easier to for you to see here we are sitting right at right about 10 inches wide. Now the height is going to be not, not accurate on camera here since I have this propped up, but I did measure it before our time together and I came up to 15 inches tall. So mounting is going to be pretty flexible. You've got two options if you want a permanent setup, you can weld the fender right onto your trailer.
So it's gonna stay solid and it's not going to shift over time. But if you'd rather have something easier to remove or replace down the road, you can bolt it on using some mounting brackets. You will need to drill holes and grab the separately. And bolting is also nice because it does make repairs and paint touchups much simpler later on. When it comes to durability, this fender is made from 16 gauge cold rolled steel, which means it's thick, it's sturdy, and it's built to take plenty of abuse without bending or warping.
It weighs about 11 pounds or so. So it is strong, but it is going to be manageable and this surface does come ready to be primed and painted. So you will want to do that as soon as you get this installed onto your trailer. And of course you want it to paint it to match it perfectly with your Jeep or trailer for that clean custom look, but also to give you that rust and corrosion protection that you need. So this is gonna be a tough, versatile, flexible, stylish fender that's going to give you options for installation and finish that you can custom make all your own.
