Loose batteries cause wiring problems and shorts in your boat or RV. This tray fits 24 or 24M series batteries and keeps them locked in, so you do not have to worry about battery bounce or surprise power loss while you travel or launch.
Have you ever gotten to the lake and had your trolling motor fail? Or you set up camp and your lights cut out? Sometimes it's not an issue of wiring or equipment failure. Sometimes those shorts happen because the battery bounced just enough to pull a connection loose. A cracked battery tray or weak strap can turn into hours of rewiring, rescheduling your trip, and rethinking how secure your setup really is. This tray is made to prevent all of that. With four bolt-down points, it mounts solidly to your frame, floor, or platform. It doesn't twist under pressure and it doesn't shift when the road turns rough. The included strap uses a quick-release buckle that locks tight and stays that way. It doesn't stretch or slip loose over time, which means your battery stays where you put it.
The base is molded from durable polypropylene, which holds up to temperature changes, UV exposure, and the kind of jolts that come from movement. It's strong without being bulky and resilient without cracking under pressure. Whether you're building out a van, rewiring a trailer, or adding a second battery to your boat, this tray is built to stay in place no matter where the road takes you.

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at this Attwood battery tray with hold down strap. It's gonna be for 24 or 24M marine or RV batteries. Now folks, again, you're gonna get a nice polypropylene base, (plastic thuds) super heavy duty and thick. You're also gonna get one strap and you can cinch it down and then of course it's got the buckle here (clip snapping) for clipping and everything. Now if you notice you got one, two, three, four holes for mounting this base to wherever you're gonna mount it.
There are no hardware bolts or screws included. You would have to get them separately or source them locally. So again, this fits 24 and 24M series batteries. On a width interior, I got about 7 inches. And on a length inside 11 inches.
So again, this is compact, it's not going to melt or anything like that. It is safe for if you have like a spill or something. It's great because UV exposure's not gonna hurt it. It's gonna hold up to heat, bounces, salt. It's not gonna crack mid-season or anything like that.
So they've really done a pretty good job with this. It's compact enough to fit in those tight RV bays, maybe even vans, frames for trailers, and even boat compartments. So it's a great option for you if you have a 24 or 24M style battery, marine or RV. And that's gonna wrap it up for our "Quick Look Together" folks. I'm Steven.
Thanks so much for watching and have a great day!.
