Easily add a 4-way trailer connector to your vehicle with this custom wiring harness. The T-One connector plugs into existing wiring for a simple setup. The ModuLite ensures reliable operation while protecting your vehicles electrical system.
The vehicles wiring harness is often behind a trim panel or under the cargo floor. Some vehicles may require removing interior panels or lifting carpeted sections to reach it, but once accessed, the harness installs easily with quick-splice connectors.
The ModuLite isolates your cars electrical system from the trailer, preventing overloads and ensuring smooth, reliable operation.
The 4-way connector is designed to be mounted near the hitch using a bracket (sold separately) for easy access when towing.
A built-in dust cap keeps dirt and moisture out of the connector, ensuring a clean, solid connection every time you attach to your trailers wiring.
Includes 16-gauge power wire, fuse, quick-splice connectors, and all necessary hardware for installation.

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our T1 vehicle wire harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector. Now folks, it says a custom fit application, so make sure you're checking our fit guide here at etrailer.com on our homepage where it says My Vehicle Information, enter things like year, make, and model, submodel, cab length, bed lengths, whatever it asks you to be sure you're getting in the right parts the first time. Now getting into it, this is going to, one, protect your vehicle wiring. The modulator box here, as we call it, prevents trailer shorts from causing damage or backfeeds onto the tow vehicle, and it's gonna also draw power directly from the battery using this long length of wire that's gonna get routed all the way up the vehicle, all the way to the battery. Now just follow the instructions that come with it and you'll see that it's not too hard to do.
Now if you're not wanting to do this yourself, you can obviously take it to a local dealer, or on our homepage, you can also link up with some dealers that we are associated with as well. Now you shouldn't have to do any kind of cutting and trimming. It's a quick connect terminal on the backside of your taillights, you simply unplug the factory plug from a taillight with the correct side per the instructions. Plug this one back in the taillight, and then you're on your way. No cutting, no splicing, easy access, and it's gonna give you easy access to the trailer connector.
Once you get it installed, you have your four-pole connector here for the trailer with the included dust cover that goes right on there. You're also gonna get a lot of cable ties, inline fuse, some heat shrink butt connectors for the connection up at the battery and to the back, along with the ring terminal could make that connection as well. Now I do recommend on this particular vehicle getting a bracket to mount this wiring connector, and that's sold separately. You can find that here at etrailer.com as well. Well folks, I think that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together at this T1 vehicle wire harness.
I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
