The vehicle's wiring harness is often behind a trim panel or under the cargo floor. Some vehicles may require removing interior panels or lifting carpeted sections to reach it, but once accessed, the harness installs easily with quick-splice connectors.
Plugging in a trailer shouldn't mean tearing into your vehicle's wiring. This custom-fit T-connector snaps directly into your factory wiring harness, so you can get your trailer lights up and running without any cutting or splicing. Just plug it in, and you're ready to tow.
A well-lit trailer is a safe trailer. This 4-way wiring harness keeps your trailer's brake lights, turn signals, and running lights powered and in sync with your vehicle. Whether you're hauling a boat to the lake or a camper to the mountains, your lights stay bright and visible.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with four pole flat trailer connector. Now this harness has been designed to fit your 2025 and newer Toyota Camry and on custom fit parts such as this harness, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com. Simply input the year, make and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this harness will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now this harness is going to give you a four way flat trailer connector at the back of your Camry to power your trailer signal lights. This will also be compatible with five, six, and 7 pole adapters.
Those adapters are sold separately. As you notice, this does come with a dust cap to cover up those connections when the plug is not in use. And so, as you know, a well-lit trailer is going to be a safe trailer. This four-way wiring harness is going to keep your trailer's brake lights, turn signals and running lights all powered and in sync with your Camry. So whether you're hauling a boat to the lake or a camper to the mountains, your lights are gonna stay bright and visible with this harness.
Now these custom fit T connectors are going to snap directly into your factory's wiring harness so you can get your trailer lights up and running without any cutting or splicing. You're just going to plug this in and then you're gonna be ready to tow. Now the vehicle's wiring harness is often behind a trim panel or under the cargo floor, and some vehicles may require removing interior panels or lifting carpeted sections to reach it. But once accessed, this harness is gonna install easily with these T connectors and the instructions, of course, will guide you through that installation process and direct you as to where you can find the harness to plug in those T connectors. Now some vehicles can't handle the extra electrical load of trailer lights, so the built-in powered converter on this harness is going to draw power directly from your battery.
That's gonna give you a steady, protected current to your trailer while keeping your vehicle circuits from overloading. So this kit is basically gonna come with everything that you need. It's gonna come with a fuse holder, it's gonna come with a bundle of wire so that you can run the power wire from your module all the way to your battery to provide it with that power. You're gonna get cable ties, a fuse, butt connectors, and then it looks like a tube of silicone as well; and as I mentioned, instructions to guide you through the installation process. So virtually everything that you're going to need without any extra parts.
But there is one part that I would like to mention that I believe would be helpful for you. It is recommended that you use a small amount of dielectric grease on all of your electrical connections like the plugs on the vehicle and the four pole connector itself. That grease is designed to help prevent electrical failures caused by corrosion and moisture. So on your screen, I am including the item number for that grease. You can just take that number, pop it in the search filter on our website. That will take you to that grease and you can add that to your order if you so desire. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
Super easy to install. Worked perfect. Only thing I didn't get in the package was the silicone and not enough zip ties.
