Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement snow deflector for your snowplow. Now this snow deflector is basically a big heavy duty rubber flap that's going to bolt along the top of your snowplow blade. And this is about 90 inches long. And let me go ahead and show you the height here. As you can see, it's gonna be seven inches tall.
And then this is going to be a solid three eighths of an inch thick. And obviously I have this rolled up here. This is the way it's going to come to you and I'm just keeping it rolled because it's a little more manageable here on my tabletop. And this is made from reinforced belted rubber. That's the same tough stuff used in industrial conveyor belts.
And this is built to take a beating from snow, ice, and road salt, all without cracking or tearing. And this is going to flex just enough to handle the push of snow at plowing speed. So if you've ever been plowing and you suddenly lost visibility because a wave of snow sprayed back on your windshield, this is going to fix that. This deflector catches that flying snow and it throws it up and away from your cab so you're not constantly wiping off your windshield or dealing with a constant snowstorm in your face. So this is gonna help keep your line of sight clear and it's gonna make plowing a lot less frustrating for you.
So this is going to also help protect your truck, less snow and ice slam into your windshield or cab is gonna be a good thing. And it's also gonna even help save time because you're gonna be able to plow faster and cleaner all without having to stop the clear snow spray. And this belted rubber is built for years of use in brutal winter conditions. And it should be a relatively easy thing to install. I do wanna point out, this does not include any hardware, so you would just have to supply that hardware locally, whichever's gonna work best for your particular application.
If you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or anything else that we carry, don't hesitate to reach out. We wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
