Reach the Carrier from a Lower Position

Loading skis or boards on a tall roof can turn into climbing, stretching, and trying to keep your gear from shifting while you reach. The MOS UpLift lowers the mounting platform down the side of your vehicle with gas-strut-assisted arms, bringing the Malone carrier closer to you before loading. You can place your skis or snowboards from a more comfortable position, then raise the setup back to the roof for travel.

Slide-Out Access Before the Lift Goes Up

When the carrier is lowered, the Malone SlopeSide still gives you its own slide-out loading motion, so your skis and boards aren't tucked tight against the roof edge. That extra reach matters when you're lining up bulky winter gear in gloves or unloading after a long day. The carrier extends from the side of the MOS UpLift rack and opens with a single push-button release, making the loading point easier to work with before everything rides back on top.

More Mounting Surface for the Carrier

The J-Extension Bars add mounting surface to the MOS UpLift arms, giving the ski and snowboard carrier the space it needs on the lift-assist platform. Each arm gains 10" of mounting surface from the extension pieces, and the added hardware weighs 2.5 lbs. The carrier sits on the expanded platform, so your lowered loading setup works as one system instead of feeling crowded.
