Great for trucks with front-end loads like plows, these hollow rubber springs help level your ride, reduce road shock, and improve roll stability. They install easily in place of factory bump stops - no air lines or maintenance needed.
Adding a snow plow or heavy front bumper can cause your truck to sag in the front, messing with ride height and visibility. With a massive 6,500-lb load support rating, this system keeps your front end level - so your headlights stay aimed right and your truck drives like it should, no matter what's hanging off the front.
Hard braking or sudden stops can cause your truck to nose-dive, especially under load. These Aeon rubber springs have a progressive rate that absorbs small bumps but gets firmer under heavier compression, helping keep your truck flat and planted when it counts.
No need to monitor air pressure, run lines, or deal with a compressor. These rubber springs are solid, self-contained, and always ready - just install and go. Perfect if you want added support without adding complexity under the hood.
You won't need to drill, cut, or modify your suspension. These springs bolt right into the spot where your stock bump stops sit, making the upgrade straightforward even if your truck sees rough winter jobs or farm duty.
If your truck lives in the cold - think road salt, slush, and sub-zero mornings - these springs are made to handle it. The rubber construction stays flexible in the cold and resists cracking and corrosion over time.
Whether you're plowing a tight driveway or hauling tools down a backroad, extra weight up front can throw off your balance. These springs cut down body roll and front-end sway so your steering feels more responsive and the truck tracks straighter - even when fully loaded.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Timbren and front suspension enhancement system. So folks, these use AEON hollow rubber springs and it's going to be a maintenance free upgrade designed to improve your ride quality, stability and overall driving confidence. And as you can see, I kind of got them blocked up, mocked up here, the way they're kind of getting put together based on the instructions I was looking at. And so I'm just kind of holding in place here.
But basically, these are going to be the heart of the systems, this AEON hollow rubber spring. And these are going to work progressively to engage as that suspension compresses. And that means you're going to get a comfortable ride during normal driving, and you're also going to get additional support when you need it the most. And unlike traditional air spring systems that are out there with these again, you don't have to worry about all that maintenance, you don't have to worry about airlines, you don't have to worry about compressors, you don't have to worry about all those extra things and that's going to save you money, time and make it just an easier user experience. So basically once they're installed, you're done.
They do use vehicle specific minor hardware, so make sure you're checking the fit guide to be sure you're getting the right parts for your specific situation. And basically these are going to give that extra support on the front end and these are going to be great if you have maybe heavy bumpers in front, winches, snowplows, or other front mounted accessories. Maybe you've got a van or something, you've got a lot of gear in the back and you want to just kind of even out everything, get it set for the back as well. We sell them separately as well. Well folks, that's going to wrap up our quick look together at these Timbren front suspension enhancement system.
I'm Steve with etrailer. Thanks for watching.

Less sway, much more enjoyable ride!
I have a very heavy "Cattle Guard" on the front of my RAM 3500 and this combined with the heavy 4WD and diesel engine the extra support from the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System definitely keeps the front suspension from bottoming out.
The bump stoppers are solid and the directions for installation were clear, even for DIY. The Ford F53 chassis for the Entegra Emblem is challenging to navigate. We found two sets of hands worked best. And installing the bolt from the top of the frame with the washer and nut below worked best.
The Timbrens take the bottoming out of the suspension away on rough roads. Also takes some of the sway away. Pretty easy to install.
A+++ Excellent product and customer service. Bought both front and rear suspension enhancements and worth it. Highly recommend.
I like using Etrailer because i can call and talk to a person. These front ones went in pretty easy just like directions said. and they got rid of the bad bumping sound in my front end after hitting a bump. smoothed things right out.
The timbrens actually did what they were suppose to do. However, once I starter driving out west I notice the timbrens were riding on the axle which cause the speedometer to jump around depending on the road. I would recommend them if you are hauling or towing a camper or RV. I was going to contact etrailer about maybe removing a spacer for one set however the other set came as one unit. The bottom line is the Timbrens does stabilize your load for safe travels. I will be contacting etrailer soon to assist in correcting the problem...Road trip from Idaho,Colorado,Wyoming, and Utah were beautiful... Thank you etrailer
Installation was not too hard, Install Videos explain all steps in great detail. BumpStops arrived in excellent condition and was delivered in a timely manner
I installed Timbren’s front and rear on my 2020 F53 chassis motorhome. They are by far the best suspension upgrade I have done. I had previously installed Super Steer Trac Bar, Radius Rods and Safe-T-Plus, which had helped, but not as much as I had hoped. The Timbren’s finalized the package and it drives good now.
I had a problem with getting front sumo springs relative to the rear sumo springs I purchased earlier; however, the staff at etrailer were very helpful in getting me a suspension enhancement component made by timbren which I just installed. I believe the timbren supports are going to do the job I was looking for and make me just as happy as I am with the rear sumo springs. You will notice from the photos the supports make direct contact; however, the pictures were taken on a unlevel surface and when the truck is on a level surface the direct contact is equal on either side. Also, the timbren supports provide substantially more weight capacity in the event I choose to haul my scooter on the front end of the truck. Thanks again Derek S and etrailer staff I am very pleased with the service, customer relations and professionalism experienced when ordering my parts. Thank you, Bobby (Louisiana).
Easy install, didn't even need the brackets for my application. Really helped with sidesway in the wind and seems to help the front from dipping with extra weight. Haven't tried plowing snow yet but I think they will make a major difference
Ok it’s been a year since I’ve had the springs and I’m impressed. With how easy the install is and what you get out of it these are truly amazing. No more “squishy” feeling when towing my 22fy travel trailer. The ride is a little bumpy but I don’t care. I’m glad I found these.
For me surprisingly easy to install at 67 years old. Had immediate handling improvement and steering control.
Have them on several trucks now and couldn't imagine running snow plows without anymore.
The front Timbren are working very good. The rear not so good
Install was straightforward. Hardest part was getting the old bump stops out. Sway was greatly reduced on the Interstate and the rock and roll by passing semis was greatly reduced. Wish I had bought these sooner!
Pretty pricey but well worth it. Put these all the way around at the same time as new rear leaf springs on our c7500 topkick and it made a huge difference. It's a top heavy bucket truck and it would rock and roll just turning a corner to the point it was downright scary. Now thats greatly reduced. They also smoothed out the ride especially when loaded more than I expected.
Install was simple, perfect fit. Worst part was grinding out the rivet on the old bracket
These bumpstops really work, they stop the front end vibration before it travels through the shocks and springs, for a smooth ride
I haven/t installed them yet. I think I should have gotten a discount for the age of the "box"s the Timbrens were in. May be a credit ,, Brad
It good but one side with no bump had to be put spacer but the spacer was flat so the bolt did not have a lot of thread so I grind the spacer a bit so it could stay flush otherwise this might solve the problem of outter tire wear that ford transit has will find out soon
I love these things. They are worth the upfront expense. I have them on two ¾'s, one ½, and a minivan for road trips. This particular set is full-time active up front. I have a 2" leveling kit and I'm in em no matter what. Zero complaints though. Solid performance through all aspects. I don't run any front-end attachments.
I have a 2006 Kodiak 2 wheel drive. Timbrin firmed up the front end to much. There in full contact with the spring. I think it to stuff and I might be removing them. The install was straight forward. Parts are as expected and quality of Timbrin is great. Just not enough cush..
Great ordering, shipping time, cost, and supporting information. We added a snow plow and the product did everything as advertised.
Work Great so far so good. No longer being pushed as the semi's pass me.
