Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro Rear Axle Double-Convoluted Airbag Suspension Kit with Internal Jounce Bumpers. Now, this kit has been designed to fit your 2015 and newer Ford E-Series Cutaway, the E-450, and then the 2008 to 2014 Ford Van E-450, and these are gonna be for your Class C motorhomes. Now, on my table, I do have the bags with the brackets, and just kind of loosely put together to kind of give you an idea of what this is going to look like.

But on your screen, I'm giving you a picture of all of the hardware that's going to come with these bags, so just so you have a clear view of everything that you're gonna get, instead of me trying to pack it on my table here. That's going to be all the hardware that you're going to get to get this installed into place. So, as you know, Class C motor homes do ride heavy, especially when you're loaded up with water, gear, passengers and all the comforts of home, so those factory leaf springs are gonna often sag under that weight, and that's gonna lead to poor handling, rear end squat and excessive sway on uneven roads. So, these airbags are going to add up to 5,000 pounds of rear axle support, and that's going to help you keep your rig level and composed no matter what you're carrying in your Class C motor home. So, that means that you'll be able to have more control in crosswinds, better braking on descents, and a flatter, more confident ride through the curbs.

But as you know, bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, it can actually wreck your airbags. That's why this system includes internal jounce bumpers inside of each of the bags, and so even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net. So, on your screen there, I do have a cutaway of a bag just showing you where that jounce bumper is located. So, that jounce bumper is gonna let you be able to run safely at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory-style ride. So, whether you're chasing the warm weather or heading up into the mountains, this system is built to hold up through it all. These precision laser-cut custom-fit brackets are designed bolt cleanly to your Class C motorhome's existing mounting points without welding or drilling into your frame, and this kit is designed to work with your setup today, and wherever your upgrades take you tomorrow. So, again, you can inflate manually with the standard air valves right outta the box, no extra parts are needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, that's great. This is gonna connect easily to most existing setups. And then maybe you're planning for something like an in-cab wireless controller down the road. That's not gonna be a problem, 'cause what you're doing here is you're laying the foundation for upgrades down the road. So, this is gonna be very flexible with you, and depending on if you wanna upgrade or not. Now, as I mentioned, this is going to give you up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling support, but be aware of the fact that these do not actually increase your weight-carrying capacity, so you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
