Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Firestone Ride-Rite airbag kit with easy mount compressor and wireless control. Now, if you're looking to keep your truck level, stable and comfortable while you're towing or hauling, this Firestone Air Ride Ride-Rite kit is gonna be a great option for you to consider. The air springs are custom fit for your specific vehicle, and these do use precision brackets that are gonna bolt right into the factory mounting points. So, no guesswork or major modifications are gonna be needed to install these.
So, these are designed to fit your '06 to '08 RAM 1500, then you're '03 to '13 2500, and then '03 to '12 3500. On custom fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this kit will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now this system is gonna give you up to 5,000 pounds of additional load leveling support. That means that this is gonna help your rear suspension stay level under those heavy loads.
It's gonna improve handling, braking and overall stability. But it is important to note that these airbags don't actually increase your truck's maximum payload, so you will still have to stay within the manufacturer's recommended weight limits, but they are going to make hauling and towing safer, more controlled and more comfortable. These reinforced rubber airbags and tight sealing fittings are gonna help prevent leaks and the plated brass components are gonna work together to resist rust and corrosion. This does include this compact compressor that runs on your 12-volt power system. It is designed for reliable everyday use. It doesn't require an air tank. When you put the pieces together on the left, you see the airbags with those precision fit brackets. And then on the right you see the compressor on that no-drill mounting plate with that little controller unit as well. So, this is gonna give you, hopefully, give you an idea of how these pieces are all gonna work together. I just basically have everything laid out on my table as it comes out of the box. Now one of the biggest perks is the wireless app-based control system. You're gonna be able to inflate or deflate both of the airbags at the same time, right from your smartphone. Whether you're sitting in the cab or you're standing outside of your trailer, checking your trailer. The pressure's gonna be adjustable anywhere from between five and 100 PSI. So, you're gonna be able to dial in exactly the support that you need. Easy to order, fast delivery and it was a quick install
I like how the Firestone All-in-one comes with everything I needed without needing to piece together a bunch of parts. The best part is that the air bags and the compressor system come in one package, so everything is already matched and ready to install. I still had to mount the compressor myself, but there’s no guesswork on what works with what.
Installation takes a little time, but the bags make a noticeable difference. They level out the truck, cut down on squat, and help everything feel more stable when you’re towing. And with the onboard compressor, I can add or remove air whenever I need, without carrying around a bulky compressor or stopping at the gas station.

Just purchased the Firestone Airide F29XV but have not installed yes as i am waiting for information in regards to Tork values for the bolts. Tork was mentioned in the instillation instructions but no values were given. Also a little confused on the instruction advise as to placing your hand around the air spring to check for proper clearance but no instruction as what to do if there is not proper clearance. All in all my am very happy with purchase and look forward to getting it installed!
