Yes, the Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars can be used with T-slot style roof attachments. The Wingbars have a T-slot on the top of them with the advantage being that you don't have to cut the slots on the top of the channel to fit the accessories into the channel as it has a rubber piece that you push down instead which is easier to deal with.

If you have the factory installed side rails and crossbars on your 2014 Audi Q5 TDI, you can take a couple of measurements to make certain you find a cargo box that will not interfere with the rear hatch opening. you will want to measure from the center of the front crossbar rearward to the gap between the roof and the rear hatch.
