Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the K-Source Electric Replacement Side Mirror for the Driver Side. This product fits a 2012 to 2015 Honda CR-V EX. To ensure or double check that it is a fit for your vehicle, you can always use the vehicle fit guide, which is located at etrailer.com. This side view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver side factory mirror on your vehicle. It's modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It does feature power remote capability, so that way you can adjust the mirror face position using the factory power controls from inside the vehicle.
We're looking at an OE-grade glass with first surface plating to reflect clear images. The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome. It does have a breakaway design so if it's struck from the front or from the back, it'll fold in or away to help deter breakage.We're looking at a durable plastic housing with textured black finish. It's really nice down here, and then we've kind of got that smooth, shiny black finish up on this portion of the unit. This can be pained to match your vehicle.
It's an easy, no-drill installation, uses the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror. It does come with new mounting nuts, and then it plugs into the existing electrical wiring. Now, the original equipment numbers, or the OE numbers are 76258T0AA11, the other one is 76251T0AA11ZC. Always keep in mind that the power remote capability of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has that function. The mirror chrome is very nice. Have not installed on the car as of yet.
Had to replace a damaged side mirror on my son's Prius. Price was right, George even sent me an email with a "how to install" video. Toyota wanted over $300 to do this! Literally took me less than 45 minutes! Eventually will find spray touch up paint and make it match the car, but the gloss black finish is excellent as it is. Great buying experience.
