Today, we're going to be looking at the K Source Replacement Side Mirror for the passenger side of your vehicle. This product is going to fit your 2003 - 2007 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana. This side view mirror is a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle. It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It is going to feature power remote capability. That way you can adjust the mirror face position by using the factory power controls from within the vehicle. It's also going to have the heated mirror glass, so it's going to the job at clearing frost, and ice, as well as reducing fogging.
Then down here, you're going to have the amber light on the bottle of the mirror that's going to flash when your turn signal is activated. We're going to OE grade, convex glass with first surface plating. It's going to do the job of reflecting clear images. The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome. The convex lens really does provide a wide angle view that's going to help produce the amount of blind spots. This mirror also has a break away design, so if it's struck from the front, or the back, it will fold in either direction.
That's designed to help deter breakage. The housing on the unit is durable plastic construction with a nice textured black finish. When it comes to the installation, it's an easy, no drill installation. It's going to use the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror. You can see here, we're going to have the 3 studs, and each stud is going to have a nut that goes with it. You're going to have the cord right here, the electrical cord that's going to plug into the existing electrical wiring on the vehicle.
The original equipment or OE Number is 15937982. With this part number you're going to get 1 passenger side mirror.
