Today on our 2003 Ford F250, we'll be installing the Putco Element in channel window visors part number P580209. We'll begin our installation with the window down in our vehicle. We'll then need to peel off the adhesive backing of our window visor. We're going to start installing our window visor from the back of the window and work our way all the way up towards the mirror. Start by inserting the rear of the visor into the rear part of the window working our way forward. As you could see, the adhesive seems to be sticking really well to our seal. Now, you're at the passenger side.
We'll go ahead and start off by installing the visor by first removing the adhesive backing. Now, just like we did the front, we're going to start at the rear of the window and work our way up towards the end of the vehicle. We'll then fit it into the window making sure that it fits up here at the front. Now, just like we did for the front set of windows, we'll go ahead and put the window up and down just to make sure the adhesive sticks to the seal. Now that all four of our window visors are installed, that will complete today's installation of the Putco Element in channel window visorsfor the front and rear of the vehicles, part numberP580209on our 2003FordF250..
Nice clean look
Easy to Install.
Awesome and easy to install. Speedy delivery.
The In-Channel Window Visors were very easy to install and work very well. Good product
this are relatively inexpensive and look good. easy to install. not quite as heavy a material as i expected but they are pretty nice.
Product is OK. I bought item made by Putco before and was always satisfied with the product. This time it is the same.
Product worked good
10 minute install, Fit and finish good. They work great will also fit standard cab.
The custom fit was very good. I just hope the sticky tape that holds them in place will hold over the years. Time will tell.
Quick and easy install. Less expensive than the other brands and Equivalent quality.
I bought these for my new Tundra, absolutely work perfect good quality at a reasonable price. would recommend to anyone. delivery was fast.
Fast delivery. Easy to install. Great fit. Great price.
Easy to install, great fit. Outstanding product.
Easy to install into window grooves and low profile. Not bad for the price.
At this time, my driver side auto rolls down because it hits the visor. Not sure what I m going to do but the problem is that with the glue strip and the visor, it just takes up to much room inside the window track, not enough room for the window.
Tinted Window Visors.I just installed the window visor and went for a test ride. The visors were easy to install, and the look great! The sleak design looks good.
I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am also very satisfied with the service you provide. I look forward to continue shopping at etrailer.com.
Easily installed. Perfect fit. Not cheap, very durable. Great service from etrailer.
The visors installed in a few minutes. They fit fine. One of the rear window visors prevented the window from rolling up. A minor adjustment and it fit fine.

I have ordered several products from etrailer.com and have been very pleased with service and products. All items have arrived in very good conditon and when I was told that they would be here. Keep up the good work and Thanks.
The one for Honda CRV does not include a spacer . When I installed the back would come out where the window could not raise.
Also very disappointed that I could not get the visors for the rear windows.
This product installed very easily and looks very professional in appearance. I like the in channel version based on experience with the exterior type as some leaks that can occur when heavy rain can get through the small spaces of the attachment tape. This in channel version should alleviate this issue.
This is my second set of window channel vent visors. One of them flew out the window after about 5 yrs. This set did not have and adhesive on them, all though they stayed on for a while. This new set has an adhesive on them which I think will keep them from flying out the windows & somewhere down the Highway. Nice improvement along with being wider for more air flow.
Good product. Installed on 4 windows in 30 minutes. Putco does not include a cleaning pad like other manufacturers, so I used a guaze pad with rubbing alcohol to clean inside the window channels before installing the guards. Good quick delivery at a great price. For my Tahoe, etrailer was about 30% cheaper than other web sites.
I'm pleasantly surprised with these so far. I usually opt for Weathertech gear. (Buy once cry once is my motto.) But for almost half the price they seem pretty decent quality and only took a few minutes to install. The adhesive strip goes on the inside of the window rail, similar to how WT's install, but WT's just pressure fit into place. So my only concern is how that will hold up over time.
The vent visors are sticking in well in my 2007 Silverado Classic crew cab. The fit is pretty much great, but I do have the extendable towing mirrors and the front portion of the vent visor (the vertical section) isn't completely sticking to the truck's window gasket. This is true for both driver and passenger side windows. It hasn't caused the entire vent visor to detach.
