The item I ordered and received was exactly like the original item that broke and needed replacement.
An exact replacement for the one that was broken. Installed easily.
My husband installed this. We saved a lot of money by doing this at home. I would have liked a set of directions with the kit, but he figured it out.

The replacement product worked perfect. My only problem was the installation, it took a lot longer than I thought it would. Took me a couple hours for installation, but again the product worked and fit perfect.
I have fixed the broken strap while waiting for parts. I am keeping the new strap for insurance incase I have another broken strap. Looks like I have all the expected parts. And will be able to fix this with the new strap if I am away from home. The original straps could be a better quality. The replacements ordered are the same in thickness. I have had this happen on another trailer. This trailer is only 4 years old and used very little, about 2500 miles a year.
I purchased these to replace the cracked/broken factory ones. These have been on my trailer now for about 12 months and are still in great shape.

This is a replacement for the factory installed part which lasted 4 years.E trailer had the lowest price I found online and the standard delivery was faster than expected.

The Flexguard strapping worked great. I replaced one that broke which had been rubbing on the tire underneath the slide. This was a great replacement that gave me great installation flexibility and I haven't had an issue since.

What can you say about the right part, at the right price, and great customer service? This part is the exact item that was installed on my RV from the factory. I am always happy to find that etrailer carries a particular item that I need. Even if I don't qualify for free shipping their shipping charges are very reasonable. One year use and still holding up fine
I ordered two of these from etrailer as they had the best price I could find amd shipping was fast. One of them came broke in the package so I called to fed out what to do. They said to email them some pics of the box and of the broken part which I did and the replacement part came quickly with no complications. I am very happy with how it was handled and the speed it was resolved.

This was the exact replacement for the OEM part. Installation was simple which made it a win for me.
Hinged design on one side is functional, but rigid attachment on the opposite side is flawed design (see first photo). Failure occurred adjacent to attachment. I added a stainless steel utility hinge at that mounting point. Now BOTH sides hinge as the slide operates in/out. 3/16" drill and bolt one side of the hinge to the slide and the other to the flexguard. Should work better.
