Question:

Im inquiring about a couple items Im considering purchasing. 1. Norcold 3.3 cu/ft black 12V NC37VR DC fridge: First I am only interested in this item if the door can be left opening. Research into this gives conflicting answers. It states up front that is is right opening, You have a video on your site that indicates it can be switched to a left opening. This is on some other reviews. But there are reviews that indicate this is ONLY right opening and cant be changed. Can you provide certain info on this? 2. eTrailer trailer hitch - 2” class III e98842: Basically just want to ensure fit for a 2020 Transit 250 and if there is anything worth noting that isnt on your site. Lastly, and more concerned on this on item 1 above, is shipping quality. Ive heard a lot of complaints in general not from your site on fridge shipments being damaged upon arrival. UPS seems to be the largest concern. Have you had fridges reported damaged upon arrival? Thanks.

Hey Brian thanks for the information! The orientation of the door can be changed to a left hand opening on the Norcold RV Mini Fridge w/ Built-In Freezer item # NC37VR. The steps are listed on page 12 of the owner's manual I linked below. I also attached a screenshot. It comes standard in a right hand swing but the brackets are in place to convert it.

We haven't had many issues with the mini fridges being damaged in shipping. They come boxed up really well. In the event that something would be damaged by UPS the fridge will be replaced at no charge and we have plenty in stock.

So long as your 2020 Ford Transit T250 is a cargo or passenger van, our etrailer Hitch item # e98842 will fit without any issues. It does not work with the cab and chassis or cutaway models. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, that has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. It comes with all hardware necessary for the installation.

I've purchased 2 hitches from this company and they fit perfectly. A 2017 Ford Transit F150 and a 2008 Honda Fit. The Honda for bike racks. I highly recommend tapping out the holes for their bolts as they suggest.Tried without, pain in the butt. Tried with, much easier.
