Ive got the aerator put but its still plugged. Can I remove the white pressure reducer inside? How?

I contacted the manufacturer about your question regarding the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet # LC719324. They advised me that you can remove the cartridge if you are having low flow. They unfortunately were not able to provide any directions on how to remove that part.
