Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at our GSI Outdoors Santoku Prep Set Including Knife and Cutting Board. So folks, this is gonna be just a real simple small unit that you can throw in a pack, maybe those kind of things. You're gonna get a four-inch knife here with the bamboo cutting board, and you're gonna get the sheath for the Santoku and a nice little mesh bag to put everything in whenever you're not using it. So, again, kind of small, but it's gonna fit in your backpack so when you're out there and you want maybe some fresh vegetables from the woods or stuff that you've packed, those kind of things, this can be a great option for you. As you can see, the knife's right at about eight and one eighth inches long overall.

Our bamboo cutting boards eight and a half by about four and a half. So again, folks, you can be, you know, cutting some onions or something like that, (board thuds) who knows what, maybe slice in an apple or something. This would be a great smaller option for you when you're out there. And of course, you have a nice hard plastic cover here. That way you can protect yourself from the knife.
