Features to know about

Comfort and Simplicity for the Long Haul

seated DOM37FR

If you're on the road for weeks at a time, you need more than a weekend toilet. The Dometic 310 is built for part-time RVers who want comfort and durability without the extra weight. A full-height seat makes it easier on your knees, and the ceramic bowl wipes down fast with less effort. You also get a soft-close lid that brings a little peace and quiet to your bathroom routine, and helps avoid waking the family when nature calls before sunrise. If your RV bathroom's already a tight squeeze, the round bowl helps save space. It's a solid upgrade if your current toilet feels too flimsy, cramped, or noisy.

Easier to Clean Than Plastic Bowls

A ceramic toilet bowl saves time and effort on cleanup. The glazed finish creates a smooth, non-porous surface that resists stains and odors better than plastic. It brushes out clean without scuffing or scratching, so your bathroom stays fresher with less scrubbing. Want to make cleanup even easier? This toilet is compatible with Dometic's hand sprayer kit (DOM75FR, sold separately).

Measure to Fit

RV toilet rough in measurement

To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the floor flange. This is the rough-in measurement and you'll need at least 10" for a proper fit. If your current toilet is still installed, you can measure from the wall to the mounting bolts for a good estimate of the flange location. Just keep in mind that an offset flange or a 4-bolt toilet can throw off this measurement, so if you're not sure, removing the old toilet is the best way to double-check before you order.

  • Dometic 310 Flapper Ball Water Not Staying In
Hi John, Appreciate the purchase of the Dometic 310 # DOM37FR; from time to time the ball gets knocked out of place and not seated properly, which is why it's leaking. So what you can try is to push the floor pedal down then reach in to realign the ball; hopefully it will then snap back into place.

  • How To Connect A Dometic 310 RV Toilet To A Supply Line That's Too Far Away
You'll just need to run to your local hardware store and grab a supply line to connect your Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet # DOM37FR to your water inlet. I had to do the same in the attached video below when the new toilet I was installing had the supply line connectors on the opposite side compared to the old setup. There are a variety of different connection types so you'll want to see exactly how the hose will need to connect to your supply line. The hose I got had a "shark bite"...

  • Best Upgrade for Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet
The Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet, # DOM37FR that you currently have, in tan, is a standard-height RV toilet with a ceramic bowl and slow-close lid. It is 20" tall with a seat length of 15-1/4" and seat cutout dimensions of 10-3/4" long x 8" wide. The best option we have is only in white, the Dometic 510 Full-Timer, # DOM29FR with a deep ceramic bowl matching that of a residential toilet and having an enclosed rim to prevent splashes. This is 19-1/2" tall but has a wider base and...

  • Replacement Dometic Toilet SC310
We do not sell the flush ball that is available for your Domectic SC310 model. You would have to replace the entire toilet assembly. We have the Dometic 310 toilet available in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR or White Ceramic # DOM57FR. I attached an installation video link below.

  • Can The Toilet Seat On a Dometic 300 Tan RV Toilet Be Improved?
Unfortunately the design of the Dometic 300 Toilet # DOM74FR means you can only use their Seat/Lid # DMC99FR. You may be able to upgrade to the Dometic 310 Toilet # DOM37FR which has a much nicer slow close lid made of a better polypropylene material. To verify if you will be able to use the 310 you need to ensure you have at least a 10" rough in which means you need to have 10" from the wall to the center of the drain/mounting bolt hole location.

  • Replacement Toilet For Dometic SC-210 Series RV Toilet
I took a look at the Replacement Wooden Toilet Seat with Slow Close Lid for Dometic Part-Timer RV Toilets # DOM23FR that you mention, and this toilet seat is actually only compatible with the 310 Series Part-Timer toilets, and not your SC-210 toilet, however I may have another solution. I did a little more digging and it appears that the 210 series toilets and its replacement parts have been discontinued, so your only other option is to install a new toilet. I know it's not an ideal situation,...

  • Can Flush Pedal Be Replaced on Dometic 310 Part-Timer Toilet
What Dometic toilet do you have? If you have the Dometic 310 then we have a replacement valve as part # DOM93FR but they don't make a replacement for the flush pedal so you will need to replace your toilet. If you like the 310 then we have it in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR.

  • Can Foot Pedal on Dometic 310 Toilet be Replaced
Thank you for all of the info! We have a replacement valve for your Dometic 310 toilet as part # DOM93FR, but when I reached out to my contact at Dometic they said that the foot pedal itself is not replaceable. This means that you can either try to rig something up to make it work or you'll have to replace the entire toilet assembly. If you're good with replacing the whole assembly then we have the Dometic 310 toilet available in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR. Attached...

  • Comparing Dometic 310 Toilets 302310093 and 302310081
The biggest difference between the Dometic 310 part 302310093 you've currently got and the Dometic Part-Timer # DOM57FR is that the Part-Timer comes with an all wood, slow-close seat where your existing model is the retail model that comes with the plastic seat. The other difference is the color, since the # DOM57FR is white where your old toilet is considered a "bone" color. There is a slightly different color available of the 310 Part-Timer with the Dometic Part-Timer RV Toilet - Standard...

  • Replacement Toilet For Travel Trailer With SC 310 Toilet
We do have the same 310 series toilet in White # DOM57FR or Tan # DOM37FR. These have the ceramic bowls and are standard height. If you prefer to have a toilet that is all plastic we do have their 300 series toilet in White # DOM64FR or Tan # DOM74FR. Do understand as this is a more entry level toilet it will not have the same slow close lid you get on the 310.

  • Solution for Dometic 310 Toilet with Damaged Foot Pedal
Hey Sandra so we've actually checked with Dometic in the past about seeing if they have replacement foot pedals for the 310 and they do not have that as a replaceable part. Only solution would be to replace the toiled or modify what you have now to get rid of the sharp edges like with a file or sandpaper. If you're good with replacing the whole assembly then we have the Dometic 310 toilet available in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR.

Instead, you'd need to upgrade the entire toilet to the Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet part # DOM57FR for white or part # DOM37FR for tan.

The Dometic 310 toilets unfortunately don't have a way to replace the flush ball so you'll need to either replace your toilet with another 310, which we have in both Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR, or if you have an 11" rough-in you can use the Dometic 510 # DOM29FR instead because it has a replacement flush ball # DOM68FR if you need to replace it at a later point in time.
