Hello, neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement Cap with the Strap for your Valterra Gray Water Waste Valve. Now folks, this does replace the cap on your RV water waste valve. I'll throw an image image up here of something pretty much like you probably would see. As you can see on the left of that image, that's the cap with the retainer rubber length there, whatever you wanna call it.
That would clip into place and keep it from falling off and losing it. Now this is a FPT cap. It secures to the MPT end on your gray water waste valve, and you simply twist the cap on like normal to install it. You got a rubber tether here that keeps the cap attached to the valve When it's not in use. You can see it's got a little eyelid there.
Overall, the outside diameter is two inches, with the inside between the threads being about one and a half inches. Again, folks, a direct replacement for that Valterra Gray Water Waste Valve. Folks, I'm Steven. Quick look today. A small, simple part.

Absolutely Great !!
This is the cap on the gray water tank on my RV. The little knob on the cap that holds the retainer broke off which is why I ordered the new one. If the new one breaks as well, I'll just live without the retainer strap.
