Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the LaSalle Bristol adapter for your RV sewer system. This adapter is going to connect two of your sewer pipes that move your waste outside of your RV or motor home. This does have a 1-1/2" size hub that's going to slide onto your sewer system pipe. You will need to adhere that connection with some ABS solvent cement. If you don't already have some, we do have some available here at etrailer.com, you can find that using that part number that you see on the screen there.
That solvent cement is just going to make sure that you have a nice seal here so that you don't have to worry about anything leaking out and causing issues.On our other side, we're going to have a 1-1/2" MPT end that has that MPT, or male pipe threading end, and that's going to allow this to screw into your system into another pipe. So this is an ABS plastic construction, it's going to be very durable and it's going to use those threads to connect into your system and make sure that you are able to connect to that other pipe. So it's going to be very effective in allowing you to route that waste where it needs to go so that you don't have to worry about it.
