Hello, neighbor. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Lend-A-Hand Mini Folding RV Handrail. It's black in color with a black foam grip, and it's made out of aluminum. Now, folks, this fold-out rail will make getting in and out of your RV safer and easier. So pretty much it's gonna look something like this when it's installed on the RV or camper.

And when it's installed, it is spring loaded. So you would take that, and you would fold it over, and obviously the bottom one would be spring loaded as well. And it would twist just like the top one, and then it would be something like that sideways. And then when you want to use it again, pull up and pivot it over. Same thing with the bottom.

And you're good to go. A nice handrail to get in and out of the RV or camper. It does come with six screws here included. That's gonna help you install it. Now, caulk is sold separately, and I recommend it to seal the drill holes.

You will have to line up the holes through the holes here on the plastic. Wherever you're wanting it, mark it. Drill it with a pilot hole of 1/8 inch drill. And the whole thing, it's aluminum with a black powder coat finish, super lightweight. You got a nice foam grip here on it included.

That way you can easily get in and out and have the ease and the ergonomic hold there to hold it in place nice and easy. Now, as far as the dimensions. Overall, I was getting about 22 inches. Yeah, 22 inches overall. The rail itself is 19 inches overall. That's edge to edge. And if you're worried about it, the foam is 9 1/2 inches long. Now this rail's approximately 1 inch round in diameter as well. So a nice grip here. You have 10 inches from here to here, and it's gonna do you well as far as, again, holding onto it while you get in and out of your door. One thing to note, it is recommended to install on the left side of your RV's door. You can put it on the right side, although that's not common. Keep in mind when they build these RVs and campers, the left side's where all this stuff normally gets installed. Therefore it has the backing inside the wall it needs. If you do it on the right side, per the instructions, there's some extra equipment you may need to install on the right hand side. So just keep that in mind.
