Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Alpha Systems, Alpha Bond TPO tape. This is going to be a great option to help seal your roof joints, seams, and damage on your RV roofs. This will adhere to just about any kind of material, including wood, metal, fiberboard and a variety of roofing membrane materials.It is a pressure-sensitive tape, so all you have I have to do is put it in place and use like a steel roller or something like that, to make sure that it is going to adhere properly. It is going to stick to your surfaces instantly. It's going to create a nice form-fitting seal around objects, like roof vents, those sorts of things that you are putting this on.
This is made of a mixed elastomer material base, and it does have the TPO facer that resists the damage caused by UV rays, so it's going to hold up well and do a good job for you for a nice long time.You can see this is a nice white color, so it should blend in nicely with your white roofs, help to create less obvious repair points. This is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products made here in the US. This is two inches in width, and you are going to get 50 feet of this TPO tape in this roll, so it should do a lot for you. Depending on what your application is, you might be able to get all the way around your roof at least once. So this should do a good job for you.It does come with a one year limited warranty.

I had a roof leak on my 40 ft Tiffin Phaeton and it appears to be along the roof seam. I bought this tape in 50 ft lengths to seal the seam. It did the job fine and no more leaks along the inside. I figured I should be good for several years before needed it again. I bought two colors to match portions of the roof. Sorry no photos because it is on the roof and you can barely see it.
Worked fine, Had difficulty in removing the protective backing.
Can’t rate longevity.

Very sticky seals very well
This tape is easy to apply and will definitely not be easily removed. I used it to seal the entire outer edge of my slide out room.
Compared to Eternabond tape, this is a poor copy. The plastic backing is very very hard to remove and you end up sticking the tape to itself. You also get a bunch of mastic stuck to your fingers trying to mess with the backing. Once applied, the tape is too thin and the top white layer is thin. The mastic is also half the thickness of the Eternabond tape
This tape worked wonders on my 2022 Airstream Basecamp 20X roof trim. The 4" plastic roof trim on these units is prone to cracking causing leakage. I tried this option as an alternate to replacing the the trim...expensive and just as likely to start forming cracks again in a couple years. This product completely took care of the leak issues I was having. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We just applied the adhesive yesterday and it is very sticky. We covered the camper after applying the tape and will see how well it works when we remove the cover in September. It appears to be the perfect solution.
