Fixing a long seam or narrow roof section shouldn't turn into a full roof job. SuperFlex gives you flexible membrane sized for smaller repairs, without giving up roof-ready strength.
Long seams, narrow roof sections, and strip-style repairs need membrane material that gives you length without buying a full-width roll. This white SuperFlex membrane strip measures 10" wide x 100' long and covers 83 sq ft per roll, giving your roof repair material sized for long, narrow coverage.
RV roofs may look mostly flat, but crowns and molded roof shapes still need membrane material that can settle into position without losing strength. SuperFlex construction is flexible and stretchable while staying puncture and tear resistant, with increased thickness, tear resistance, and elongation compared with PVC roofing. Once positioned, your roof has a fitted membrane surface that follows the roof shape.
This roll includes the SuperFlex membrane only, so plan the rest of the roof repair before the old material comes off. Alpha Systems water-based adhesive (AL87CV or AL27CV), butyl tape (AL32EF), self-leveling sealant (AL98KV), and non-sag sealant (AL28KV) are needed and sold separately. Don't use silicone sealant, because it won't adhere to the membrane.
SuperFlex material is approximately half the weight of traditional EPDM roofing, which makes strip-style roof material easier to handle and position during repair work. The UV-resistant surface resists fading, mold, algae, and fungus, while periodic cleaning with standard household cleaners keeps the surface easier to maintain.

Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Alpha Systems Superflex RV Roof Repair Membrane Strip. This is gonna be in white, it's gonna be 10 inches wide by 100 foot long. So folks, as you know, if you've ever noticed a tear, puncture, or a worn out spot on your camper or RV's roof, that can quickly become a larger, expensive problem on the interior if you don't get it fixed. so that's where the Superflex Roof Repair Membrane is designed to prevent and come into play. Now, as I mentioned before, it's a 10 inch wide by 100 foot long roll.
And it looks like this one's got a little bit of the packaging still on it, but it does have like a nice little grip to it. And that's gonna be great for your adhesion. So you will need, sold separately, to be using some sort of adhesive, butyl tape, sealants, those kinda things. Again, those are required and sold separately here at etrailer. So check them out depending on which type you want to use, we have those here as well.
And this is gonna permanently cover those damaged areas, seams, vulnerable sections of that roof before water has a chance, again, to get inside and do some really big damage. It's very flexible, it can stretch, and it gets very, very resistant to like cuts and those kinda things. So it's gonna help resist cuts and holes and those kind of things on your roof. It's a bright white finish, it's gonna help blend in with most RV and camper roof systems that are out there. And this is enough to do, again, seam reinforcements, roof repairs, preventative maintenance, maybe you're covering one roof sections or multiple different campers or RVs.
So again, this is a great option for you. Please, don't push that roof maintenance back until leaks appear inside, it's just gonna be way more damage in the long run. Alpha systems sealant is garbage. Do not buy!!! E trailer sold this to me and the product has caused damage to Adco cover. The sealant did not firm up and bonded to the RV cover. No help from E trailer or Lipperalpha systems. The covering is good but buy Dicor.. Thanks for nothing Etrailer. You were no help on this matter. I had to reseal the entire roof with Dicor. No refund from Etrailer or alpha systems. Absolutely no way to handle yourself Etrailer. Shame on you! Ill take my business elsewhere.
