Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at this Prest-O-Fit Outrigger exterior straight RV step rug. Now, if you're looking to increase the traction when climbing the steps of your RV while at the same time providing a surface to clean the bottom of your shoes, this might be a great option for you to consider. This easy to clean, heavy-duty carpet is 23 inches wide and it will wrap around your straight RV step so you can wipe off your feet. I will also mention, it's very a pleasant feeling fabric.

It's not coarse, it's not harsh. So, even if you stepped on this barefoot, I think it would be very comfortable. Very similar to what you would find in some homes in regards with the texture of the carpet on the inside. So, even if you wanted to step out briefly first thing in the morning and you don't have anything on your feet, this would not be uncomfortable, but rather very pleasant feeling on the bottom of your feet. So, it's gonna keep the inside of your RV or camper clean by allowing you to wipe off the debris off the bottom of your shoes.

With a cover like this in place, it covers the gaps and holes in steps that might scare them off. Now, this is UV, mold, and mildew resistant. Again, it is easy to clean. You just simply remove this from the step and hose it off. Let it air dry.

Put it back on your step and you are good to go. These zinc-plated steel springs are rust resistant. And really, it's an easy installation. Just wrap around the step and secure with these springs. No screws, no glue, no tools are needed. Very easy to install. These springs connect to the front and back grommet holes underneath this rug, and it's gonna give you a clean and seamless look. What you need to do is just choose between the multiple sets of grommet holes, depending on the size of your step. So, whichever one of these grommet holes will give you the best fit around your step, you just choose that one and those springs are going to hold it, hold this rug in place.
