Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this stick on Rubber RV Slide Out Wiper Seal. This is going to replace a worn out wiper seal on your RV slide out to stop any water or pests from getting into your living area. Now this does not have an integrated bulb seal, so it is designed to be used with RVs that have a separately installed bulb seal to make sure that as you close your slide out you're gonna have a nice tight seal there to prevent anything from getting inside. Now when you're replacing your original seal or wiper seal you do wanna make sure that you're getting something that's gonna be comparable or about the same size. So you can see we are right about three-inches tall with this, our overall height there.
And then our width, we're looking at about, what about 1/4 of an inch, maybe call it 3/8 of an inch wide. This does come in three different lengths to meet your needs. So we have a 15-foot long option, a 25-foot long option, and a 50-foot long option. So depending on how much you're gonna need for your slide out. Just to give you a frame of reference, the one that I have here is the 15-foot long model.
So if that gives you a visual indication of how much you're gonna need. But it is made here in the USA of a EPDM rubber, so it's not going to shrink, crack, or fade over time. It'll hold up really well for you. It's also gonna resist UV damage. So, again, it's gonna last you a nice long time.
It does have the peel and stick installation with the pre-applied 3M adhesive backing. So all you have to do is peel back that backing there, stick this in place. You will probably want to prepare the surface by removing any old adhesive and then get this stuck in place. And you can just use scissors to trim any extra seal once you have it all installed where you need it. So overall a great option here to upgrade and replace that original wiper seal for your RV slide out.
And that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
