Dust cover protects inlet from water and debris.We received this shore power connector much earlier than expected and installed it ourselves on our LTV UMB. It was very easy to install, just pulled off the one I broke when I drove off connected by mistake, and attached in the new one. It took maybe 15 minutes, and the dealer had said they would need to keep our RV for a week to install it. It is an exact replacement part. The company was great to work with and shipped as quickly as they received the part - I guess from China. Thanks etrailer!
A fairly easy change and eliminates pulling out a power cord then trying to get it back in. Just make sure you measure the existing hole it will go into. This was an inch smaller than the existing power cord hole so I needed to do some rework to make it work not a big deal, just a little extra work.

While searching for the Furion Power inlet F30ITS-SS I di
scovered the listing on Etrailer. Unfortunately they were not available.
I left my information to purchase when it became available. Afew weeks passed, and suddenly, It appeared at my doorstep! Not only was I surprised, it appears they received and sent this to me while other se;;ers still did not have the power inlet.
Customer service from them is REAL, and they do what they say or promise.
This is what every customer wants, real and honest support from cradle to grave purchasing and after market support. I was even contacted AFTER to ensure everything was ok, or if I needed help. This is what every customer wants-and from a USA seller, not some dingus in China whom does not understand that I can’t get US Mail at my residence. Nuff said.

After breaking the original poorly designed plastic cover, I decided that I couldn't deal with just replacing it. This cover is built the way they should have been designed in the first place: solid, with an easy 1/4 latch. This is NOT just chrome for chrome's sake (In fact, I wish It were available in a black finish, but it WORKS, so I'm happy!
As they say, "Buy nice or buy twice". What's not to like? Superior long lasting stylish finish, top quality cover and solid electrical connectors. No leaks. I did fabricate a marine wood backing ring to solidify the install since the sheet metal on my van is fairly thin.
Ordered Furrion Power Inlet from etrailer.com on Tuesday, arrived on Friday! Order process was smooth and clearly efficient. It will be installed at the end of March, but I wanted to have it in hand so there would be no hiccups when I took my rig in for service. The collar on the original inlet cracked, and I wanted to have it replaced so there would be no chance of failure. Not my first etrailer order, sure to be more! Very pleased

The custonmer service provided by this company outstanding. I was trying to find a difficult part for my RV, which I found on line on etrailers website. The part was purchased and expedited to Canada in in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely use this company again for any RV items i wmay require.
