Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this B&B RV Hot Water Tank Bypass Diverter Valve and Plate Assembly. This diverter valve assembly is going to let you manage a fresh water flow into your water heater. And the bypass is used for antifreeze use during winterization or storage. When installed, you're gonna be able to direct water from your fresh water system into your RV's water heater or bypass it.

Installing the mounting plate is optional, but it does offer, as you can see here, a visual instruction for use. This is a direct replacement that will utilize the same fittings and hoses as your identical original. And this has been made here in the USA, and this assembled unit has been factory tested for zero leakage. This does include everything that you see here, along with the mounting hardware. And let me see if I can give you the measurements of this plate.

So looking at the height first, we're sitting at 5-1/8 inches tall. And then the width, looks like 2-5/8 inches wide. And this is going to be a 1/2" hose or PEX pipe connection, clamp-type.
