This replacement roller and fabric kit gives you the same tough protection as a brand-new Solera Destination awning. The 13.5-oz vinyl fabric is built to handle long-term outdoor exposure and is cold-crack tested down to -25°F, so it won’t stiffen or split in freezing weather. The heat-welded seams keep rain from seeping through, giving you a watertight shield you can count on year-round.
Nothing is worse than a sagging canopy that holds water after a storm. The included Solera Awnbrella tensioning bars snap in under the canopy to keep the fabric arched and tight. The rust-resistant aluminum construction holds its shape and keeps the awning steady in wind or rain so water doesn’t pool on top.
For extra reinforcement, this kit includes a center ground support bar that anchors the awning for greater stability once it’s extended. It helps distribute weight evenly along the roller so the canopy stays secure, especially during long stays or breezy conditions.
The Sand Fade fabric starts bright white near the mounting rail and gradually shifts to beige toward the edge, giving your setup a clean, modern look. A black aluminum Solera Shield wraps around the fabric when it’s rolled up, protecting it from dirt, UV rays, and road wear while keeping everything looking sharp.
The roller tube comes with the fabric already attached, so replacing an old or damaged assembly doesn’t take all day. The tube slides easily into your existing Solera support arms, and installation hardware is included. It’s sized for 21' Solera Destination awnings with a 9'8" projection—simply measure from the center of one arm to the other to confirm the right fit before installing.

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here, and today I'm in Elkhart, Indiana, which is the RV capital of the world. And if you have a camper, the name Lippert probably is somewhere on your camper, and today we're at the corporate headquarters, and we're gonna be talking to some of their product experts to take a closer look at their products. So, let's hop inside and get to chatting. So Dymon, if I have a Solera awning already, and I've had it on my camper for a while, but it's got a tear, whether from wear and tear, or it's just starting to get old and dingy and I wanna replace it, you can absolutely do that. Yeah, absolutely. We have replacement fabrics, maybe you want just a different color.
We have a wide variety of colors available to you. All different sizes, you can see down here. So we're going to fit whatever current awning you have. But it's a very convenient way to get a new look on your awning without investing for the whole awning itself. 13 half ounce vinyls, five year warranty on 'em.
So we know it's a good vinyl and it's gonna last a while. And again, you see green burgundies, blue, silvers, sand. You know, at the campsite there's a lot of times you look around, and to stand out at campsites, people want to do that. And you can color coordinate to however you want. So you know, if you're a certain sports team fan and you really want to show it, you can do that with your awning with replacement fabric.
So you know, a good chance, if you are trying to make your camper look a little bit more presentable with a nicer awning or replace a damaged one, it's a good chance that you can get the same one or you can jazz it up a little bit. Or change it if you wish. Yep. Awesome. Well thank you, Dymon, for taking the time to show us the replacement fabric for the Solera awnings.
