Hey David, unfortunately it looks like the Yakima RuggedLine HD Mounting System for LockNLoad Platform # Y53DJ is for 5th generation Toyota 4Runner's so it's not going to work with your 2023 GMC Yukon XL. since you already have rails, you don't need the RuggedLine system and can just use the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars # Y05044-39.
