I really appreciate your picture, and I have a solution for you. I double checked with Thule and they unfortunately do not make a crossbar system that is designed for channel-less solid black rails on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with or without the High Latitude submodel). With that being said, sadly the Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3142 # THKIT3142 are only confirmed to fit 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokees with the black and chrome flush rails. Also, there are no other fit kits that are produced from Thule that will work with your particular rails.

However, if you are set on a crossbar system, Rhino-Rack makes a great setup that is very similar to Thule setups that will work with your solid black rails. For this route, I recommend the following parts:

- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" Long # RRVA137B-2
- Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points # RRRLKVA
- Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Naked Roof # DK234

With this setup, you will have 130 pounds of maximum crossbar weight capacity. I recommend confirming with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle that much weight.
