Roof Rack for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee With Flush Mounted Rails to use With Thule Hullavator

I recently purchased a Thule hulavator pro for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the factory roof rails no cross bars...I need to know what the most cost effective cross rails I can purchase that would work for this setup... thank you in advance
