Scored a Yakima Skyrise for a very good deal and wanted to make sure it was keyed the same as my other Yakima stuff. I already had the lock cores but I figured I should have a spare key at this point. Unlike a lot of other aftermarket keys, this is a genuine Yakima key, cut exactly as it should be.

I have been buying various products from etrailer over the last 10 years or so as I am always building, improving or adding stuff to my truck and rv de jour. Firestone ride rite helper springs and electrical trailer connectors for my truck and recently as the pictures show, custom roof racks for the solar panel and Yakima Rocketbox and Yakima replacement keys for my Promaster City camper. Probably bought 20 items in all over the years and have always found all the staff, in this case Shery T, to be the best customer service representatives of any company I have dealt with. I am visual and the instructional videos combined with the written text of the installation of the various items I have purchased has made it easy for me to get the job done in no time. I don't write reviews as a matter of course but make this exception concerning Etrailer and it's employees due to across the board outstanding professionalism and efficiency in getting their part of the job done right.
Needed a spare Yakima key and was happy to find eTrailer not only had Yakima key “blanks” but also had pre-cut Yakima keys. Just had to match my existing key’s code to their inventory. 48hrs later I had a spare. Super easy and super fast!
I lost the key, and apparently the spare key, for the locks for my Yakima basket. I found the exact OEM replacement, for a fair price, at etrailer.com. I will definitely make this my first stop next time I need something trailer or roof rack related.

Got new key locks for my Yakima. Sent lock numbers and order. Was easy enough to take out old locks and replace. I have had the Yakima storage unit for my car for many years. Installing new locks and key gave me a usable product again

It is a key after all. I had lost mine, found a YouTube video that shows how to remove the lock core from the rack. Removed the lock, ordered the key that coincided with the lock core. All works great. Key works and looks like the original that came with the rack. Shipping was fast and I got an email that allowed me to track it.
It was delivered while I was out of town and used it to take the bikes and racks off of the car and it worked perfectly. This is just a spare in case my other one gets lost or damaged
I am totally satisfied with all products I have ordered, and I am especially satisfied with their how to videos and excellent service I have received from etrailer. I recommend etrailer to all my friends and RV folks I meet in campgrounds.
