Hello, neighbors. I'm Steven here at etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the Replacement Key for your UWS toolboxes, specifically key number CH505. Now, if you're not sure where to find which key number you need, on your UWS toolbox, there should be an engraving next to where the key goes in. On the front face of that lock core, you should see that CH number. Make sure you match up your key with the correct core that you have.
Now, I'm zooming in here from above, we're looking at this, again, the engraving there. As you can see, CH505. That's what you're getting, one key. And again, key to CH505 for your UWS toolbox. Folks, that's gonna do it for our look today.

Wasn't sure key was going to work at first sprayed lock with some wd-40 let it soak for couple mins put key in and magic happened !!! Wrk's as it should and now I can lock my box thank u etrailer !!!!

I ordered a key from etrailer & received the key for my uws tool box 5 days later. Didn't have a problem key fitted perfectly.
Product took a long time to arrive, but when it did it did work. I was surprised I could just order a key for my toolbox from a 3rd party just from the code on the lock. It saved me a lot of money trying to get it picked and either a new lock installed or a key cut for the old lock. I would give 5 stars if they had sent me two keys, but they only sent one. Now I have to get get a copy made for another $3 -- $4.
Keys worked first try. I got a toolbox for my truck and didn't even know if the locks worked. Took a chance and searched the lock number online and e-trailer came up. Ordering was easy and deliver was just a couple of days. I would use them again.

Ordered replacement keys fir tool box. Had key number. First key set was lost in mail. They mailed another package, after confirming 1st one was lost. Those details, took longer to complete purchase. From order to arrival over two weeks. But they did make good on shipment. (Mail).

Bought a secondhand toolbox for my truck and it didnt come with the key. Found this site on a google search when I got home, maybe 2 minutes later my order was placed for a replacement key. 4 or 5 days later, the key arrived, worked perfectly. I bought a truck with a utility bed. Seller did not have the key for the tool box locks. Ordered the replacement keys by the code number on the lock. Key fits perfectly. Locks were stiff and needed lube but now I can lock it up
i lost my key to my truck tool box and this was the only place i could find online with the right replacement. It came much later than promised, but that was due to manufacturer, not etrailer. And they were on top of it by communicating to me what was going on.

I had ordered the key a while back and it shipped out. Somehow, the post office lost the package, but reported it delivered. I alerted etrailer customer service. They quickly looked into whether it had been sent back to them or if the post office had more information on their erroneous delivery notification. The original order could not be located; so, etrailer sent me a new set and they arrived quickly.
A lesser company would have thrown up their hands and said they did their part; it not showing up is on the PO. Etrailer didn't do that - they took good care of me.
I'll be back with any future needs.
Lost a key to my truck's toolbox, the number on this key matched the lock cylinder. Key is a match and I'm able to lock and unlock the box again.
Key fit as designed. No issues should have ordered two. I'll order another later.
