  Thank you for the photo of your older GM-branded rooftop cargo box for which you need some replacement keys. Often the major makers of such items, companies like Thule and Yakima, will actually produce cargo boxes for OEM brands like GM. Years back Thule made cargo boxes for Sears and so Thule keys work on these Sears boxes. My Thule contact advised that Thule-Europe did make some OEM cargo boxes for that market years back.   Hey Van, unfortunately we do not offer replacement keys for the GM brand roof racks. Your best bet for that would probably be to contact a Chevy dealership. Since it is a GM branded accessory they should be able to provide keys, or at least tell you where to get them. I did find a GM parts site that stated "Replacement keys can be ordered from your local dealership with Part # 84835038 and the Key Code (i.e. J01, J02, J03, etc.) imprinted on the lock cylinder."

• Need Replacement Key for 055 Lock on sears Sport 20-SV Roof Mounted Cargo Box
  Thule manufactured those cargo boxes for Sears, so Thule replacement keys will work. For your lock, you'll need part # THKEYN055. If after you receive the key and it doesn't want to turn the lock, the lock cylinders on these boxes were a tiny bit deeper than they are now. The fix for this is to insert the key into the lock, and give the end of the key a rap with a mallet. This will fully seat the key, allowing it to turn the lock cylinder. You'll only need to do that once.
