Thule manufactured those cargo boxes for Sears, so Thule replacement keys will work. For your lock, you'll need part # THKEYN055.

If after you receive the key and it doesn't want to turn the lock, the lock cylinders on these boxes were a tiny bit deeper than they are now. The fix for this is to insert the key into the lock, and give the end of the key a rap with a mallet. This will fully seat the key, allowing it to turn the lock cylinder. You'll only need to do that once.
