Bought a Sportrack Horizon L on FB Marketplace. Lady only had one key. Local hardware store didn't have a compatible blank key. Saw N083 stamped on the key, did a little research and found this one with the same stamp.
Pleasantly surprised these were already cut and worked with my rack, so I didn't have to go get them cut.
Once again I misplaced my roof rack key after a move and etrailer sent replacements promptly. Their customer service and do follow up is always unmatched.

Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

Your service - order placement and fulfillment - are great! The only difficulty in this entire process was that the USPS was 4 days late in their delivery. This is not your fault, of course, and truthfully, I cannot be very critical of the USPS in view of the current effects of COVID and winter weather upon the delivery process.
The fit and obviously it ended up being the right key that I ordered to open up my Sears rooftop car storage!

Very simple transaction. Easy to find my key code, easy to order and a very reasonable price considering I didn't have to get out of my sofa and go get a key cut. One suggestion, include a cheap key ring. I wouldn't even care if it had your logo, just something to help me not loose it.

Well, its been a year and etrailer is asking for a follow up review. What a great idea. I always prefer reviews that are placed after some time as passed rather than something immediately after purchased. So, Ive spent a year with my new key! Its been a tough year, but thats not the keys fault. The key has hung in the garage just doing its key thing and doing it well. Ive never had a key perform so well. I even pulled it out to use on vacation and IT EVEN REMEMBERED HOW TO DO ITS JOB!!! What a wonderful key! Its not everyday a key functions as it should! Actually....
