Does Replacement Wheel Holder for Swagman G10 Bike Rack Come With Knob and What Size Bar Does it Fit

I am looking at using these for a DIY adaptation to my current bike rack so I can carry a recumbent. What size outer diameter bar does this wheel tray fit on - 1, 1 1/4? Also, does this item include the mount with tighten knob or is it just the wheel tray piece itself, with something else that needs to be bought to mount it on the bar? Thanks for clarifying.

The Replacement Wheel Holder for Swagman G10 Bike Rack - Left Side # G1020 and Right Side # G1025 both come with the actual wheel tray as well as the mount with the knob so nothing else is needed in order to mount it.
These wheel holders are designed to fit a 1-1/4" square bar, such as what is on the Swagman G10 Bike Rack S64682.
